Yes we do. Infact not only do we test the transformers, but the manufacturer’s quality control team also test the transformers during the manufacturing process.
All transformers sold by SaveMyLight go through a workings and safety test, which lasts around 20 minutes. During this time all functions of the transformer are tested. We are so strict in our procedures that the slightest fluctuation with any aspect of the transformer will fail our quality control standards and be returned to the manufacturer.
How do i return a transformer?
Should you wish to return an item to us whether faulty or a change of mind please contact us on 0871 288 266 0. Please note we do not accept purchases back for refund after the 14 day Cancellation Period. This does not include confirmed faulty products in the 14 day Cancellation Period.
How long does it take to receive my item?
This depends on which postal service you specify at the time of checkout. All items we despatch must be signed for.
For UK deliveries we aim to despatch the same day unless the postal service has collected from us.
If this applies the item will be despatched the next working day.
UK delivery times are 1 – 3 days depending on which service was chosen.
Special Delivery and Courier is a 24 hour delivery.
International deliveries can take 24 – 72 hours to receive. There are no weekend postal collection services.
What guarantee do i receive with each product?
All transformers come with a 1 year guarantee.
If an extended warranty was purchased then this would apply.
